恐ろしいほど蒸し暑くなった水曜日ランチは
磯丸水産さんへ。
こちら誰もが知るチェーン店なのだが、
ランチメニューは特段コスパが良い。
お願いしたのはオススメと記載された
『お刺身盛り合わせ定食』だ。
汁はうどんとお味噌汁とを選べたので後者にした。
待っている間にその他のメニューを一読すると、
具材が贅沢に盛られた海鮮系の丼たちの値段は、
軒並み1,000円以下であることに驚かされた。
さて、およそ10分ほどで着膳。
お刺身4種のみならず、白身魚のフライやポテサラ、
海苔が具沢山のお味噌汁がついていて
なんとこれで税抜き998えーん。（トーカ堂の社長風に）
どのお刺身も臭みはなく新鮮な味。
よくある刺身定食だと副菜が小鉢くらいで
満腹にはなりにくいというのが今までの経験則だが、
こちらのはその価値観を覆すボリューム。
どうしたらこんな値段が出せるのだろう。
これぞチェーン店ならではのスケールメリットだなと。
リーナブルに済ませたい時の夜の部もアリだね。
