Adorigatashi Genghis Khan (Mutton grilled on a hot plate)
I had been interested in it for a while, but this was my first visit. Lunch seems to be available only on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, so I chose the recommended Godai mix for 1,980 yen. Special pork loin, shoulder, and rare tongue. It also comes with rice, miso soup, kimchi, and potato salad. I didn't check, but I was offered a drink, so it might be a one-drink system. Grilled style. Tan, delicious! It doesn't have any stickiness at all, and you can easily cut it with your teeth. Personally, I liked the shoulder the most. It has the scent of lamb and is full of meat juice. The special shoulder roast is probably the best choice for young people. Oroshiponzu vinegar, sweet, dry, Mongolian salt, each according to your preference. I couldn't help but add seasoned lamb loin for 1,000 yen. The meat was smaller than the one that came first, but the taste was average. I visited several restaurants in Sapporo, including Daruma, Owl Tei, and Asakura, but this one, located in Musashikosugi and easily accessible, was amazing! Tabelog 3.07 rating may be too low. I think the price is a little higher than Sapporo. The Godai mix for lunch is especially recommended.

Last time I came alone, it was delicious, so I brought my partner. We both chose the 1,980 yen mixed lunch from the lunch menu available only on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. You can choose from various parts such as tongue, shoulder, and extra shoulder loin. It's definitely delicious. There are two types of sauce: ponzu sauce and Mongolian rock salt, but I personally felt that the sweet sauce went best with the meat. Since there are two of us, we will add a little more. I'll have the heart and liver. You can order 50 grams for less than 400 yen each, so it's perfect for trying. This may be the first time I've had sheep innards. It may be rare to see it on the menu. The heart is a little quirky. The liver is sweet, but it has a little seasoning that gives it that sweetness. It was my first time and I enjoyed it, but I think I like the meat part of sheep more than the internal organs. As a result, the taste level was slightly lower. Next time, I would like to visit at night to try the meat menu parts. It was a feast.
