やっと図面を描き終わったお店の次に、この近所でイタリアンのお店も設計
する事になり、調査も兼ねイタリアンのお店数軒を訪問しました。
中華やラーメン、トンカツ、焼き鳥、焼肉屋さんは多い印象ですが、イタリ
アンやお洒落なカフェはあまり見かけない。
ただ本格イタリアンとビストロは数店あるねーと、街を歩きながら若手デザ
イナーと平日昼間ランチ利用で訪問。
この店から50mほどの所にあったプリンで有名な大手P店は既に閉店してい
て、高齢者が多いからかカジュアルで明るい感じの洋食店が少なく、価格帯
や店のファサードもどうしようと話ながら、私はカルボナーラ、デザイナー
君はピザを注文。
カルボナーラは1300円、ピザは1100円と、ランチにしてはちょっと高めで
すが、スープとサラダ、飲み物が着いてきます。
このお店はバーメインのようで店内は暗め。奥にお酒のボトルがズラーと並
んでいます。その日は年配の男性３人と４人のサラリーマンが食べてます。
女性が居ないので、女性が入り難いのかな？
スープはミネストローネ、サラダのドレッシングも美味しいし、カルボナー
ラは濃厚で美味、ピザも目の前で焼いてくれるので熱々。
量も十分だったので、これでお店の雰囲気が明るいと、もっと女性が入るの
にねーとデザイナー君。
接客の男性も、とっても感じ良かったですよ。
