ゆうべの晩ごはんは、武蔵新城のちゃぐちゃぐサンさん！実は2軒目。
なんかもう名前からしておかしい
ちゃぐちゃぐサンまでが店の名前なので、敬称をつけようとするとちゃぐちゃぐサンさん
お名前から察するに韓国料理のお店かな？と最初は思いましたが、パートナーが武蔵新城のFacebookページで見つけてきて、ここ1-2年で出来たみたいだけど、評判良さそうなお店ってことで、武蔵新城にもうすぐ引越す我々としてはリサーチせねばと
外からのパッと見た感じは、漁師のお店的な賑やかな感じが、中に入ると落ち着いた感じのカウンターとテーブル席、どうやら地下もあるらしい。

一軒目ですでにほろ酔いでしたのでいきなり日本酒から始めたのですが、おかげですぐに出来上がってしまった
お料理はどれも美味しかった記憶はあります
ポテサラはまぁ普通な感じ
けど特に美味しかったのは、ほやの塩辛！！
間違いなく今までで一番美味かった！！
肉厚の身質と濃い旨み！
今までは臭みがあるかないかの方が重要だったけど、これは際立つ旨み！所謂味付けが美味い
これだけでずっと飲んでいられる
このお店は今後よく行く居酒屋さんレパートリーに追加決定
武蔵新城の駅のこちら側にはあまりいいイメージのお店がなかったのですが、今回これでだいぶ頭の軌道修正できたな
こちら側ももっと探索してみよう
