東急東横線武蔵小杉駅から徒歩2〜3分。
JR武蔵小杉駅から徒歩5分ほどにある海鮮居酒屋に行ってきました。
日曜日の14時頃、友人と2人でフリーで来店。
川崎市に住んでいる友達が、武蔵小杉一番街という2022年にオープンした比較的新しい飲み屋横丁に行ってみたいとのことで、訪問しました。飲み屋横丁なので、いくつかお店が入っているのですが、その中でもこちらの海鮮居酒屋が1番賑わっているのを見て、『魚と酒 はなたれ 武蔵小杉店』を選びました。
結論から申し上げますと、とても良かったですね！！
個人的に海鮮居酒屋はピンキリのイメージが強くて、どうなのかな〜と思いましたが、『魚と酒 はなたれ 武蔵小杉店』は大当たりでしたね！
まず、接客が良い！
まぁまぁ昼飲みのお客さまが入ってるのに、キッチンスタッフ1人、ホールスタッフ1人、合計2人でお店を回していて、とても大変そうでしたが、お客さまに対する笑顔は忘れず、オペレーションは迅速で、終始対応良くてとても良かったです！
次に、ドリンク！
乾杯ドリンクにビールを選んだのですが、サッポロのソラチというビールを提供されているので、そちらを注文。
グラスがお洒落！インスタ映えするグラスとはまさにこのこと！個人的に持ちやすいグラスで良いなと思いました！
ソラチですが、飲んだ後の何とも言えない鼻に来る香りが堪らなかったですね！まるで森林を感じさせるかのような香りでgood！
最後にフード！
どのフードも美味しかったのですが、ここでは特に良かった3つ紹介したいと思います！
◆お通しの蒸し牡蠣
まさかのお通しが蒸し牡蠣！？！？
兵庫県室津の牡蠣をいただいたのですが、とても身がプリップリっ！蒸しても身が縮まらず、大きい状態が保たれているのもgood！とてもクリーミーで美味しかったです！
◆出汁巻き卵
注文してから作ってくれるので、とてもほっかほかの状態で提供されます！画像にも載せておりますが、断面がとても鮮やか！出汁がしっかり染み込み、ほのかな甘みが感じられる出汁巻き卵は是非おすすめの逸品です！
◆魚5魂点盛り
『はなたれ』オススメの鮮魚盛り合わせ！

左下からサワラ、ブリ、クロダイというラインナップ！
どれも美味しかったのですが、特に良かったのはサワラ！淡白ながらも、上品な甘みが感じられ、クセがなく美味しい！舌触りの良いしっとりとした柔らかな食感は堪らなかったですね〜！
とても美味しい居酒屋に巡り会えました！
本当はこのまま、この武蔵小杉一番街にある別の居酒屋に2軒目として行こうと思っていましたが、あまりにも「はなたれ」さんが良すぎて、満足してしまったので止めました笑。
それくらい良い海鮮居酒屋でしたので、是非今後、武蔵小杉に立ち寄られる方には行くことをオススメします！
