At [Kosugi Grill Market], we are actively working on SDGs. Trash will be separated for recycling, food scraps will be sent to nearby farms as compost, styrofoam will be turned into plastic molded products, and plastic trash will be processed into artificial wood and used as benches within the facility. In addition, the dishes and trays used in the store are made from discarded rice that is not edible and is reused as ``rice resin.''
