1人前4枚で厚切りで食べ応え抜群。
香ばしくしっかり火を通して裂けるほどに柔らかく、旨みが
とんでもない。
特選サガリはタレで。
赤身が強く美味いかつ食べやすい。
ロースの旨さも半端なかった。
正肉まで仕入れの凄さが目立つ。
東京で食べたら2500円はする。
安すぎる。
最後にレバー。
これは今まで食べたレバーの中で1番美味かった。
この日は土曜日でタンが上と特選がなかったので次は特選のタンを食べたい。
来月の予約もできたし、毎月行きたいですね

We do not accept calls, Instagram DMs, or auto-reserves. [About the difference between weekdays and weekends and holidays] We recommend visiting our store on weekdays. When it comes to internal organs, we believe that the taste, aroma, and texture are best if you eat them on the day you purchase them. Leaving tongue and skirt steak overnight from the day you purchase them will cause them to lose their flavor and change their texture, and liver, striped chicken, senmai, and Other hormones will also lose their flavor or become hard. I don't know if the subtle differences are understood by the customers, but I want them to enjoy the food in its most delicious state, so on weekdays I try to serve the food that I have purchased that day.
