たまぷらから独立して武蔵新城に新たに焼肉屋さんをオープンした沢石さんのお店!

お任せコースにしたんだけど
お腹いっぱいで味噌ホルモンと
正肉は1個スキップした(´;ω;`)

ハラミとサガリはとんでもなく肉質良い!
噛んだ瞬間の肉汁ジュワー感が質の良さを
感じさせます。最高。

シマチョウもかみごたえバッチり。
レバーも新鮮で臭みゼロ。

締めは冷麺かラーメンかカレーが選べるけど
