開店同時に訪問。天気もいいし、テラスで、ゆっくりと思ったらここ‼️
テラスはちゃんと影で日差し対策バッチリ。爽やかな風が通る広くてテーブルも広い最高のロケーションです。テラス席は先客もなく退席間近に電話しながら入ってきてうるせえオバハンくるまでは完璧でしたな。
先客は三組ほど。それからちらほら入ってきてましたが12時頃がピーク。家族連れ、年配の金持ち風夫婦などが客層。
店内にはピアノの生演奏もあるざますわよ。あーた。
今回はクリスマスランチと山形牛コンビプレートを注文。クリスマスディナーもあるみたい。
ゴージャスでごさいますわねえ。山形牛のステーキですが、柔らかく甘みのある肉。ソースがパンチが効いていてあっという間の100g。
コンビのハンバーグが絶品です。
人生壱でした。
やっと出会えた。柔らかく口の中でほどけてふんわり広がる肉。
どっかのなんCHARAbillyとかいうサイコビリーなアメリカンスタイルとは真逆で素晴らしい。120gでは足りません。
次回はハンバーグのダブルだな。
