Restaurants promotes the idea of conveying the thoughts of the producers. It is located in a quiet residential area, and when I visited for lunch on a weekday, there was live piano music playing. The interior of the restaurant is very well designed, and the atmosphere is very nice. I ordered a lunch set (¥2,300) with 120g of 100% Yamagata beef additive-free Hamburg steak and today's dessert (¥770). You can choose between rice or bread, and you can also choose between white rice and brown rice. You can choose between demi-glace sauce or ponzu sauce for Hamburg hamburger steak, but I heard that they only served demi-glace sauce originally, so I chose demi-glace sauce. Hamburg steak was served with a special salt called "Hyakusho no Shio", which went very well with Hamburg and made it even more delicious. I added demi-glace sauce halfway through, which changed the flavor and made Hamburg even more delicious! The quality of Hamburg steak was excellent.
