常連さんでいつも満席の人気店【うなぎ割烹 みや川】。自慢のうなぎは愛知県の三河、静岡県の焼津、九州・鹿児島など、その日、その時期の良質のものを仕入れています。うなぎの大きさも5〜6尾で1kgほどになる上等サイズ。注文を受けてから蒸して焼くことで、余分な脂を落とし、うなぎの身をふっくらと仕上げます。特に『うなぎの白焼き』は、うなぎ本来の美味しさを十全に引き出すために、うなぎの鮮度はもちろん蒸し... |
ご近所さんからうなぎの美味しい店と聞いて、ずっと気になっていました。共水(ぎょうすい)うなぎって知りませんでしたが美味ければ何でもよしです。
当日の午前中に電話予約。今回は来店してから注文だったので20〜25分位待って共水うなぎの特上とご対面！
お重の蓋を開けなくて香ばしい香りがしてます。
もう期待しかありません！
蓋を開け、うなぎに箸を入れるとやや弾力がありますが、一口食べると香ばしくて、カリっとした食感のあとにうなぎの脂特有の甘味がとても良いです。タレは甘すぎず、量も絶妙。お重の隅のご飯粒もタレでビチャビチになる事もなく最後まで美味しく頂きました。
お酒の提供が出来ない期間なのが残念でなりません。。
次回はビールと共に！
