土地勘のない私でもさっくり迷わず到着できました。

店内は、個室、ソファ席風半個室に堀ごたつ席などもあり、人数やシーン問わず使い勝手が良さそうな雰囲気

お刺身、と書きましたがなんとお通しでお刺身数種の盛り合わせがでてきたので初手は魚ではなく鶏のほうがよいかも？
信頼できる築地の目利きが厳選したものだけを入荷しているらしいお魚たちは鮮度抜群でぷりぷり

焼き物は結構時間かかったかな。
いやじっくり焼いてほしいのでうれしい待ち時間なのですが、その間にサイドメニューをいくつか✍️
特に好きすぎたのが鳥刺し❣️
下に長芋があるので合わせて下さいねとのことで一緒にぱくり。
ポン酢でさっぱり味付け、タンパクだけどしっかり厚みがあって食べ応えばっちりでした～✌️
長芋のとろみでポン酢とよく絡むのもよき、ネギがたっぷりなところも好きでした。

その他キュウリなどぽりぽりつまんでいると串もの、鳥ちゃんと野菜たちが到着。
どれもはずれなし❗️
個人的に焼き物は基本選べたとしても塩派なので基本塩でシンプル味付けが嬉しかったです
それも素材が良いから引き立つんでしょうきっと。
とはいえ、ここのタレはべったり甘めではなく程よい味加減だったので3.2の比率がちょうどよかったな☺️

全国各地の酒蔵を訪問したり、都内各地で行われる様々な「利酒会」、「日本酒の会」に精力的に参加し日々研鑽を積んだ店主やスタッフさん一推しセレクトの1本が並ぶみたいで次は是非日本酒縛りで行ってもみたい。
いろんな角度で魅力たっぷりのお店でした。
