[Commitment to ``Salt''] ``Salt'' is added to `` Grilled skewer'', `` Tempura'', ``Chicken Sashimi'', ``Karaage'', etc. separately from tempura sauce and soy sauce. The salt we use at Yuya is a combination of two types of mineral-rich natural salt in an exquisite ratio based on the results of many tastings. Red salt from Bolivia in South America is simply crushed rock salt with no additives, and is particularly rich in iron and calcium among mineral components. It is characterized by its soft sweetness.
