前々から気になっていたお寿司屋さん。
電話予約時、声のトーンや話し方が気持ちがこもっていてお客さん目線で好感が持てました。
完全予約制だと思うのですが、当日は11:20から既に人が並んでいます。
住宅街の中なので、何かのお店だな、とすぐに気がつきます。
店内、カウンター8席。小上がりが一席（2名）。
月コース12000円
先付けから、白子や旬の贅沢な高級食材が続きます。タコの旨煮は柔らか〜。
八寸の盛り付けの美しさ、食材の火の通り具合、生鰹も煮鮑も素晴らしい。
どれも出汁の味がしっかりしており、鮮魚の新鮮さや生っぽさを残しつつ、塩味もほど良いです。
大将が1人で握りをスムーズにこなされていて、お客さんとの程良い距離感が嬉しい。
イチゲンの私にも感じが良くて泣けます。
最後のデザートが大葉のシャーベットにもちょっとびっくり。斬新で美味しいです。
和の食材のいかされた、美味しいお寿司達でした。
