This time, I went to Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) in Mizonokuchi with my friend. The restaurant offers Japanese-style meal hospitality in all private rooms. The menu is extensive, and the all-you-can-eat and drink course is especially popular, and is available from 3,300 yen. We ordered a la carte. First, I ordered chicken skin ponzu and grilled burikama with salt. The chicken skin ponzu sauce had a crispy texture that went well with the refreshing acidity of the ponzu sauce. The salt-grilled Burikama had a strong flavor of fresh yellowtail, and the simple salt-grilled taste was wonderful. We also ordered Shibazuke and Takuan. The pickles were refreshing and went well with alcohol. I also ordered lemon sour. It had a refreshing lemon flavor and went well with the meal. Lastly, I had the Sukiyaki bowl. The flavor of the meat and the meltiness of the hot egg on top were exquisite, and it was so delicious that you could eat it with chopsticks. Next time I would like to use the all-you-can-eat and all-you-can-drink course. Thank you for the meal.
