溝の口駅近くで仕事を終えて適当に入ったのがこちら。個室のある居酒屋さんを探していたのでありがたかったです。
まずは和風のサラダ、冷奴を前菜に。
サラダはどっさり大盛り！たくさんの種類の野菜が色とりどりに盛られています。見た目も綺麗だし野菜もフレッシュ。ドレッシングもさっぱりで美味しい！！
冷奴はノリ、胡麻、ネギと3種類の薬味で楽しめます。こちらもさっぱり！前菜にはぴったりの逸品でした。
続いて、めんたいチーズポテト、だし巻き卵、
そしてお店イチオシのメニュー、陶板焼きをオーダー！
めんたいチーズポテトはどう考えても美味しい組み合わせ。笑
おつまみにぴったりです。
だし巻き卵は甘いタイプではありませんが、しっかり出汁が効いていて、こちらも食欲を煽ります。
陶板焼きはコンロが目の前に置かれてお鍋をぐつぐつと煮ていただきます。
野菜がしんなりしてきたらすき焼きのようなタレをいれた煮込んでいただくのですが、
これが最高に美味しかった！！
サシがしっかり入った柔らかい牛肉に、お野菜、きのこがたっぷり。
こんな短時間の煮込みでここまでしっかり味が染み込むんだ…！と驚いてしまうほどすき焼き風の甘めのタレがしっかり具材に染みていて、本当に美味しい。
これには感動しました。
お店の方もとても親切だったし、店内も綺麗！
個室でゆっくり過ごせるのはポイント高しでした。
またこの辺りを訪れた時は立ち寄りたいです☺︎
