The most popular item, "Raw Lamb Shoulder Loin Steak," is a thick slice of fresh raw lamb shoulder loin that can be enjoyed with two types of garlic. We also offer thinly sliced shoulder loin to make it easier for the elderly and children to eat. At our restaurant, we cut the meat after receiving your order. We have started "Gokujou Lamb Tongue" and "Kami Ram Tongue" only available at Mizonokuchi store! Sheep tongue is a rare part that can only be harvested in small quantities from one sheep. Therefore, quantities are limited, but you can enjoy the luxury of high-quality lamb tongue. The top-quality lamb tongue delivered directly from Tomakomai is extremely soft, and paired with the special sauce, it's addictive. The thick-sliced upper lamb tongue is popular among men as it is filling. The half and half menu where you can enjoy both is recommended for those who want to taste and compare two types of lamb tongue◎

Our restaurant mainly uses fresh vegetables carefully grown from the soil under the supervision of Ryuichi Nishide, also known as a farm doctor and a graduate of the University of Tokyo's Faculty of Agriculture. ``Single Yaki'', in which a whole green onion is grilled, is popular for its strong sweetness. Cut it over the pot and enjoy it before the sweetness escapes.◎We also use carefully selected ingredients such as bean sprouts from Narita Foods, which has a reputation for quality, and homemade Koshihikari rice from Nagano Prefecture.
