週末のお昼に訪問しました。
店内満席の為、外で待ちます。
15分程待ちカウンター席に案内されます。
昭和28年創業のこちら！シンプルで古さは感じない清潔感のある店内です。雰囲気最高！！
瓶ビールで乾杯です。キリンのラガーです。
メニューは刺身から揚げ物、煮物、炒め物、鍋類などなど豊富なメニューが取り揃っています。
この日オーダーしたのは
･ポテトサラダ
･イワシの刺身
･焼売
･マグロのヌタ
･とりからあげ
･白魚たまごとじ
です。
2杯目からはホッピー白に変更です。
ポテサラはしっとりタイプのポテサラで玉ねぎがシャキシャキで美味しいポテサラです。
イワシの刺身は脂がのっています！身がしっかりしていて鮮度抜群です。
焼売は大きいです！肉の旨味がジュワーっと滲み出てめちゃくちゃ旨い焼売でした。
マグロのヌタはコリっとしたワカメにトロっとした葱と酢味噌のマリアージュが最高でマグロもいいブツを使っています。
とりからあげはもも肉でちょっと小ぶり！
衣がカリカリで醤油がしっかり染みて香ばしいからあげでした。
白魚のたまごとじは土鍋でグツグツした状態での提供！
玉子も白魚もフワッと仕上がり甘辛さがちょうど良くいい出汁がでてます。めちゃくちゃ身体が暖まりました！
料理の提供するタイミングも最高です。
とにかくホッピーがすすみました！！最高の酒場です！！
