I used it at a company dinner party. There was a sunken kotatsu table for about 20 people, and about 6 counter seats. The course included all-you-can-drink. The salad is topped with soft steamed chicken, okra, etc., and is seasoned with Japanese-style dressing. The most important point is the ginger. The aroma of the thinly sliced ginger brings the whole dish together and is delicious. The sashimi platter seemed unusual since it didn't have tuna, but the flounder, sea bream, and bonito were delicious. Both Fried food potatoes and fried chicken are covered with herbal salt, which goes well with alcohol. The fried chicken was a little sticky, probably because there were a lot of people there, and a lot of it was put into the oil at once, but it was delicious. The tofu sauce and noodles were both cold, so they were surprisingly refreshing. The fire that started in the kitchen was probably because Steak was being grilled, and it was tender and delicious (no picture, sorry).Everyone had a lot of fun. Thank you for the meal.
