PR for restaurants |
We have a wide variety of food and drinks that will brighten up your party tonight.
5 minutes walk from Oppama Station. Kanakaya, located in a lively shopping district, is a relaxing restaurant that prides itself on delicious Grilled skewer, Hayama beef, and horse sashimi. The interi |
We had drinks and dinner at Kanakaya, an Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) that stands out on Ginza Street in Oppama. Arrived after 7pm. The first floor is empty. But guide me to the second floor. There were three tables of customers on the second floor. Is it a style that starts from the second floor? Each table has appropriate spacing and partitions, making it easy to relax. Instead of a tatami room, we had a horigotatsu table. For now, I ordered salad and snacks along with alcohol. I ended up eating only vegetables. And we have a slightly spicy version. Increases appetite and increases drinking. See below for each dish. This restaurant has a wide variety of shochu, and each dish was good, but Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) was especially good. A cute lady will serve you with a smile. To order, use the call button on the table. The interior and menu have an atmosphere similar to that of a chain Izakaya (Japanese-style bar). But don't worry, the food and customer service are better than chain restaurants. I drank and ate and ate too much. Almost 10,000 yen for two people. (Used coupon for free first drink) It was a Izakaya (Japanese-style bar). [Refreshing cabbage] Roughly chopped cabbage and slightly spicy miso. It's simple. It's refreshingly spicy and you can't help but get your hands on it. If you want to order, please go first. A dish that would be forgotten if other items came out (lol) [Kakaya Original Salad (Small)] Lettuce, cucumber, tomato, carrot, onion, and steamed chicken. The dressing is a bit of sesame oil + vinegar. And it's a little spicy. The steamed chicken was just a decoration due to the strength of the dressing and the amount of vegetables. I ordered the small size, but it was enough for two people. If you have a large number of people, "large" may be fine. [Spicy Burdock Stick] Crispy, crunchy and fun texture. Snacks that are easy to eat with chopsticks. It's not too spicy, but just a little spicy. [Fried Eggplant Ponds] Melty fried eggplant. Refreshing with shredded perilla leaves and bonito flakes. Ponzu sauce has a gentle taste with a slightly sour taste. The ponzu sauce is hidden at the bottom, so mix it before serving. First I had shiso leaves + bonito flakes, then I mixed them together and had them with ponzu sauce. [Hayama Beef Grilled Skewer] Large, thickly sliced Hayama beef is skewered in a gorgeous manner. Delicious lean beef with a little fat. After feeling the elegant fat, you can enjoy the wild red meat texture and deliciousness. [selection set of 10 pieces] 10 pieces selection Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers). It's going to be a good price. Heart, skin, meatballs, bonjiri, gizzard, thigh, fillet, liver. 5 bottles each of sauce and salt. Some toppings are covered, but they are separated by sauce and salt. Everything was delicious: the soft heart, the fatty skin and tender pieces, the melty liver, the juicy meatballs, etc. The heart is especially delicious! Just the right amount of doneness without being overcooked. It may not be suitable for people who like well-cooked food. The salt is a little salty, and the sauce is a strong sweet sauce. It may be too sweet for some people. I think this, along with sake and one dish to finish off the meal, will be enough to satisfy you. [Potato mentaiko and cheese grilled (or maybe?)] Fluffy potatoes, mentaiko and cheese. (Just like that) I had it without mayonnaise. The cheese is gooey at first, but gradually becomes crispy due to the heat of the iron plate. Delicious crunchy cheese. The mentaiko didn't taste too spicy, probably because it was well cooked. It was easy to eat and was just right for me, who doesn't like mentaiko. [Tataki Hayama Beef] Lean tataki, delicious. You can enjoy the deliciousness of the fat, but since the main ingredient is lean meat, it's refreshing. It is not suitable for people who want to taste melt-in-your-mouth beef sashimi with plenty of marbling. [Tonpei Yaki (Small)] It's small, right? Isn't it huge? If you're a picky eater, this might be enough. Shredded cabbage and mayonnaise, topped with a thinly fried egg with pork, and sweet sauce + mayonnaise. Delicious B-class menu. The cabbage might be even more delicious if you heat it up a bit. [Grilled Onigiri] It's huge. Large grilled Onigiri. The soy sauce has a nice flavor and aroma, and the grilling is delicious. [Yakitori bowl] Three meaty meatballs + soft thigh meat on top. The rice should be cooked until soft. In the middle is a raw quail egg (yolk only). Sweet sauce, eggs, and Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers), you'll have no choice but to give it a try. It will be more satisfying if you use chicken eggs instead of quail. I think it would have been better without the miso soup.
