Food [Dinner course using local ingredients] Enjoy fresh seafood and vegetables
We have a lineup of two dinner courses featuring the day's recommended dishes centered on local ingredients. We offer a ``Recommended Ingredients Course,'' where you can enjoy both fish and meat, and a ``Seasonal Dining Course,'' which can be enjoyed more casually. We use fresh seafood, such as whitebait from Yamamomaru, which is delivered directly from a nearby fishing port. We also purchase high-quality ingredients such as strawberries from Kayama Farm, mandarin oranges from Shimura Farm, vegetables and honey from Nagashima Farm, and eggs and vegetables from Yasuda Poultry Farm.

We have prepared a lunch menu unique to our restaurant that makes use of local ingredients, such as fresh seafood from Miura Peninsula and Yokosuka, juicy meat, and freshly harvested vegetables. We particularly recommend casual sets such as the ``Homemade Pizza Set'' where you can choose from 3 types and the ``Recommended Pasta Set'' where you can choose from 5 types. All come with salad and drink. In addition, we have a wide range of plans ranging from short courses with appetizers and desserts to full-fledged courses where you can enjoy the chef's signature main dish.
