新春のイベントのため、横須賀中央にやってきました。久しぶりの横須賀でのランチです。今日は市場食堂横須賀中央店さんにお伺いしました。３連休初日の土曜日の14:15頃に到着し、７割くらい埋まっていました。１階と２階を選べるとのことでしたが、「２階は宴会で騒がしい」と店員さんのアドバイス。１階のテーブル席をお願いしました。
今日は、
◾️白身魚の漬け丼（¥980）
◾️松竹梅「天」（一合）（¥480）
日本酒をちびちび飲みながら待ちます。店員さんは皆さん若いですが、感じが良い人たちです。「お料理は時間がかかります」との案内でしたが、15分くらいで提供です。普段はもっと早いんでしょうか。広さと店員さんの人数から考えると十分です。
白身魚は真鯛です。「白身魚」とメニューに書いてあるので、日替りとかその日の入荷状況とかで変わったりするのでしょうか。漬け丼を頂くのは、前回のレストハウス竜飛さん以来（バックナンバー参照。これはマジで美味かった）でメチャクチャ楽しみです。
予想どおり美味しいです（セコイですが真鯛の漬けは６枚でした）。小皿がお盆に乗っているので醤油を足すこともできますが、今日は漬けの味一本で行きます。そして、、、美味い。おそらく真鯛の漬けに対してご飯の量が多いので、小鉢のしば漬けと塩昆布が活躍しました。ただ、ご飯の炊き具合は残念でした。硬めが大好きな私ですが、許容範囲である「やや柔らかめ〜だいぶ硬め」を超えての超柔らかめでした。好みの問題ですが、ベチョベチョのご飯はとても残念です。せっかくの漬けの汁も中途半端な位置で固まっています。おそらく炊き加減の問題ではなく、ご飯をよそう過程での問題と推測します。スミマセン、個人の好みの問題です、、、。
いずれにしても（ごはん以外は）美味しい漬け丼でした。ありがとうございました。
