This Sushi restaurant is located near Keikyu Kurihama Station and has a typical exterior that makes it seem easy to get into. At noon on a Sunday, the store was quite crowded. The two of us went to the table. Chef's selection Nigiri 2,480 yen Hatsukatsuo (Kagoshima) and Sakuraburi Nigiri 250 yen for a total of 10 pieces of selection Nigiri: medium fatty tuna, first bonito, white fish, squid, Haruko sea bream, firefly squid, shrimp, scallops, yellowtail, and egg. I consistently added yellowtail and bonito. The medium fatty bluefin tuna seems to melt in your mouth and is very delicious. Harukotai, which is in season in spring, is a young red sea bream marinated in vinegar, which is also good. The scallops are thinly sliced and held, making them look beautiful and taste good.
