新メニュー海鮮健康丼スタート！
新しい丼スタイル、海鮮健康丼が１２種類に肉丼が２種類、おなじみ築地天丼も新しくなりました! |
トップガン・マーヴェリックを観にコースカ横須賀のHUMAXシネマへ来ました。開場まで少し時間があったので、源ちゃんさんへお伺いしました。以前に別の店舗に行ったときに好印象でしたので、期待できます。
１１時の開店時刻に到着し、一番目に入りました。その後にも結構な人数のお客さんが入って来られました。
今日は、
魚河岸フライ定食（¥1120）
海鮮丼がメインですが、今日はフライの気分。これにはビールがピッタリだと思いますが、今日は車なので残念、、、。５分ほどで料理がやってきました。早い。
フライの構成は、アジフライ×２枚、エビフライ×１本、カニクリームコロッケ×１個でした。アジフライが２枚って良いですね。１枚はタルタルソースで、もう１枚はソースで頂きました。
アジフライは身が厚くてふっくらしています。揚げたてのサクッとした食感と中身ふわふわでとても美味しいです。これは２枚連続で頂きました。
今回の定食で一番びっくりしたのはカニクリームコロッケです。「なんとなくのカニ風味」ではなく「カニの味と香り全開」のヤツでした。これはうまい。
ご飯も炊きたてでふっくらと美味しいのと、みそ汁にあおさがたっぷり入っているのも私の好みのポイントでした。
お腹いっぱいになりました。
