[b:[2023.10]] I ate Sushi last week, but it's still incompletely burned. I had some business to go to Yokosuka Chuo, so I decided to go to a Sushi Izakaya (Japanese-style bar). The restaurant will be run by the same management as Sushiro. I visited here before 6pm on a weekday with my mother, who wanted to go out to eat. It was empty, probably because it was still early. I informed them of my reservation and took a seat at the table. First up is beer and sake. As the store name suggests, they also have a selection of Japanese sake. I'm glad that they also have popular modern drinks. I ordered [saury tataki], [3 pieces of sashimi], and [herring roe]. First, the appetizers. Pacific saury is now in season and has become fatty. The lightly gingered tataki and sashimi saury are both very good. The sea bream was delicious, but the tuna felt like sushiro. I quite like the texture and seasoning of herring roe. I'm feeling hungry, so I ordered the [Kiwami Sushi 8 Piece Set]. As the name suggests, it looks quite delicious. Sushi that is called "drinkable" is fatty and melts in the mouth. The other items were also quite delicious. I like the way the sushi loosens up, but I also feel like the grip is just too sweet...I have to be careful when lifting it ^^; The red vinegar is quite effective, but the sourness is mild and easy to eat. I wanted to drink a little more, so I ordered [broiled red bean liver ponzu sauce]. It's not acrid, but it has a light flavor, and the texture is a little rough probably because it's seared. [Assorted Tempura] + [Kiss Tempura], I feel like the fried taste is similar to sushiro...I think this is the quality of a major chain. Still, it was delicious. It is eaten with salt instead of tempura sauce. [One conger eel] Thank you for the meal and some Sushi. Even though it's part of the Sushiro chain, the quality is clearly higher than the low-priced Conveyor belt sushi. Some of the ingredients were comparable to the popular gourmet Conveyor belt sushi. On the other hand, there are also a few that have a sushiro taste. I think the side dishes are not bad for a major chain. I don't think it's a bad place to casually grab some Sushi and have a drink. We ordered a lot of different things without worrying about the price, so the bill ended up being quite a bit...
