We use "Satsuma Chiran-dori" grown in Chiran, a city rich in nature and history. Raised for a long period of 450 days, it has a large amount of healthy polyphenols, linoleic acid, and amino acids, which are the key to deliciousness. All the birds are free-ranged, so with proper exercise, they are extremely fatty!
