三島市にあるくろば亭さんに、平日のランチで訪問しました。他の方のレビューを拝見し、気になっていたお店です。
お店から少し離れたところに広い駐車場があります。
◾️待ち情報
開店1時間前に到着し、一番目に記帳できました。
◾️雰囲気
店頭にはマグロの頭が並べられ、開店前には解体ショーがあり、エンターテイメント感が味わえます。中は定食屋さんの雰囲気で座敷、カウンター席がそれぞれありました。
◾️料理
下記を注文しました。解体してた頭はインドマグロとのことです。
まぐろ兜刺身盛り1340
定食Bセット550円
マグロ白子ポン酢600円
マグロ心臓550円
マグロ大トロなんこつの唐揚げちょいたし330円
マグロ兜刺身盛りは脳天、顎、頰肉、目の肉などがついており、脳天は脂が乗っていてとろけるような食感と、濃厚な旨みを堪能できました。
マグロの心臓はこの日は鮮度がよく、ボイルではなくて生です。濃厚な旨みと塩ごま油との相性が最高ですが、血の味が強く好みがわかれるかもしれません
マグロの軟骨の唐揚げがとろっとろでコリっとした食感で、噛み締めると脂と旨みが溢れてきて、めちゃくちゃ美味しかったです。
マグロ好きにおすすめしたい名店だと思います。
