土曜の20時頃に行きました。
店内は、空いていました。
注文制後会計。
ロースかつ定食(1480円)を注文。
店内は、テーブル席(少なめ)＋お座敷(多め)。2階もあるようです。
店員は、調理2名＋接客3名で切り盛りされていました。
先に小さなすり鉢に入った胡麻と漬物が置かれます。
約15分ほどで出てきました。
かつは、竹の器で出てきて、かつの上にセロリが乗ります。
カットオレンジ、パセリ、刻みキャベツが添えられます。
ご飯と味噌汁が脇を固めます。
かつは、食べやすい大きさにカットされ、筋がなく、程良い柔らかさで美味しいです。
セロリは、臭みがなく後味がさっぱりします。
ご飯はふわふわ。
刻みキャベツは、包丁切りと思われ、細かく刻まれていて食べやすいです。
