最近変な蕎麦屋に行った為、良さげな蕎麦屋を探していたので行ってみました。
店内はそれ程広くは無いお店ですが、落ち着いた雰囲気で綺麗に整頓して有り、雰囲気からも良いお店だと感じられるお店ですね〜。
さて発注は海老天ざるを頼みました。
程なくして料理が登場‼️
見た感じは蕎麦と天麩羅と至ってシンプル！
蕎麦は2段になっていて、ボリュームも多少有り、きちんと風味も有り良い感じです。
蕎麦つゆは濃い目で、量的には少な目ですが私的には丁度いい感じです。
天麩羅は、ちょっと花を咲かせ過ぎだとは思いますが、ま〜許容範囲内ですかね〜！
私的にダメだったのは、天麩羅の塩が、塩胡椒だった事、塩だけの方が良かった。
それ以外は大変満足させて頂きました。
その他のメニューも気になる物が有っただけでは無く、また来たいと思わせるお店でした。
