淵野辺で所要を済ませ、昼ご飯をいただきにお伺いしました。
店頭に２台ほどの駐車スペースがあります。
メニューから海老天ざる1,815円を注文。
そば前、サイドメニューが豊富なこちらのお店、程よく静かで居心地が良い。
供されたおしぼりも新幹線のグリーン車で出される日清紡に高級な不織布タイプ。
蕎麦は歯ごたえは無いのですがつるつるして更科系で旨い、少々量が少ないのが難点。
海苔が別添えで好感が持てます。
天婦羅は大葉、エリンギ、ナスなどですが、大きな海老が２尾。表面がサクサクで中がフワフワ。天つゆではなく特製の塩なので余計に天婦羅の旨さが引き出されていました。
美味しくいただきました、ご馳走様でした。
