ＪＲ相模線の番田駅前にあるお蕎麦屋さん
「番田 満留賀」
に行ってきました。
駅前も駅前、線路とホームが見える位置です。
お店は駅前ながら駐車場もあり、
しかも広めなので訪問も容易です。
店内は席数もそこそこ多く、テーブル席と座敷席が確認できました。
訪問したのは平日のお昼前でしたが、結構な数のお客様がいらっしゃってビックリです。
テーブル席に着き、色々と確認。
席は４人でも比較的ゆったり座れそうな広さ。
窓際にはお花を飾ったり、雰囲気作りもしっかりしています。
メニュー表は、お店のコメントやおすすめポイント、写真を用いたりとお店の工夫とこだわりが感じられます。
ドリンクも豊富。
マグロのメニューもある。
成分表も備えている。
お蕎麦屋さんとしての枠を超えているメニューです。
お店は女将さんとご主人を中心に切り盛りされている様ですが、
お二方とも丁寧で感じのいい接客が印象的でもありました。
今回お願いしたのは「カツ煮定食 １３００円」。
色々迷ったんですが、ボリュームとお蕎麦を楽しめそうなこれにしました。
カツ煮定食が運ばれてきた時に、まずはそのビジュアルにビックリ。
カツ煮には蓋がされていましたが、それが揺れるぐらいグツグツしていました。
その蓋を女将さんが取って、料理と対面です。
セットのお蕎麦は、冷のざるそば。
御蕎麦のコシは強めで、食べた感ばっちり。
そばつゆは甘めで且つ濃い作り。強いコシの麺には強い汁で相性もばっちり。
かつ煮は、１cm弱の厚さのお肉を甘め且つしょっぱめのつゆで煮込んで卵とじに。
つゆと卵が上手く絡んでお肉を卵と共に包む、それが非常に美味しくご飯に合います。
思わずカツ煮をご飯に乗せて「カツ煮オンザライス」にして食べました(笑)。
味噌汁は赤味噌使用でこれも甘め。
全体的に見ると、甘さもしょっぱさも上手く兼ね備え、且つそれらが旨味も持ち合わせて全体的に美味しかったです。
味が濃くて混ざると飽きてしまう事が多いですが、ここは良かったですね。
お店を出る際も、華美や派手ではない落ち着きのある挨拶で送り出してくれました。
良いお店でした。
