最初は接待などで使っていて、会社のお得意さん達にも喜んで頂ける場所としてのスタンスだったのですが、一度、プライベートで両親を連れて行ったら「ご家族だったんですか？」と、女将さんに驚かれました。
どうやら、両親も常連だったようです。(笑)
いつもカツ煮定食や天丼しか食べていないので、蕎麦の事は判りません。
プライベートで赴く際も、酒が入る事が前提なので、なかなか蕎麦を食べる機会がないです。
なので、酒のツマミをピックアップします。
「鴨塩」
一番のオススメです。
程よい歯ごたえの鴨肉を良い塩梅で焼いて、ネギも質の良いネギを毎回出してくれます。
「エビ入り天ぷら盛り合わせ」
少し値段が張りますが、注文してから旦那集が調理するので、いつもサクサクの仕上がりです。
「やまかけ」
赤身マグロは、たぶん生マグロではないと思いますが、いつも安定した品質です。
「揚げ出し類」
揚げ出し豆腐も、揚げ出しナスも、どちらも美味しいです。
「その他」
意外と番田満留賀に来る方は知らない方が多いのですが、仕入れ状況等によって、メニューにない物が黒板に「おすすめ」として書いてある場合があり、いつも何かしら美味しい物があるので頼みます。
私の意見ではないですが、嫁曰わく、「２色蕎麦」と「天ざる」は鉄板に近いらしいですが、蕎麦の時期前だと、少し蕎麦の味が落ちるとの事。
それは、ちゃんとしたお蕎麦屋さんなら仕方ない事だと私は思います。
奥座席は２つあり、10人程度なら座敷１つに座れるので、宴会や接待にも使えます。
