I entered the restaurant around 11:30 on a weekday. I had been here once about 10 years ago, but this was my second visit. There was one customer ahead of me and three behind me. When you enter the restaurant, there is the accounting office on the left, the kitchen behind that, and on the right there are six tables for four people, and behind that is a Japanese-style room. I have completely forgotten what it was like before. I ordered Zaru Soba and Oyako-don (Chicken and egg bowl), and it was served in about five minutes. The soup was normal, but the soba was very chewy and slightly curled... It's not good for the texture, but it was delicious. The amount of noodles is more than other restaurants. Oyako-don (Chicken and egg bowl) is a traditional soup with a firm egg. For people over 60 years old, this type of Oyako-don (Chicken and egg bowl) is ingrained in their DNA. Both were delicious, thank you for the meal. There were about three other soba restaurants in this area, but they closed. I hope Banda Manruka will continue to do its best for a long time to come.
