月1回は店の前を車で通っていて、こじんまりとした飲食店があるのは認識していたのですが、今回初めてお伺いしました。
駐車場に車を止め、店頭をよく眺めると入口は高級寿司店のような感じで、間口は狭いものの店内は奥が広く、店内はダウンライトを多用していて落ち着いた高級感がある。
メニューを拝見し、二味膳1,850円をオーダー。
10分位で配膳されました。
まずはビジュアル、食欲を掻き立てる盛り付けに感動。
そしてゴマだれの良い香りが伝わって来る。
そばは瑞々しくて喉越しがいい。つけ汁はゴマたれともり汁が楽しめます。
つけ汁の甘辛さは自分好みで好感が持てました。
天ぷらは熱々、塩と天つゆが用意されていて店主の気概が伝わって来ます。
豆腐にからしが添えられていると思っていた小皿はデザート感のあるものでした。
これがまためちゃくちゃ旨いのですが、何と表現していいのか。
最後にそば湯を所望したら、そのそば湯がトロトロでつけ汁にベストマッチでした。
とても美味しくいただきました、ごちそうさまでした。
