Chef Iso-kun moved to Italy at the age of 24 with the belief that ``I will spare no effort to make my customers enjoy their meals.'' He trained at Michelin-starred Restaurants and other locations in Italy, and after working as the second chef at Restaurants in Piedmont, he earned a Michelin star there. After returning to Japan, he worked at Restaurants in Ginza and Ebisu, and at the age of 29 opened [ILFAVORE] in his hometown of Sagami-Ono!
