こちら炎家(えんや)から始まったこと
は知られているかも知れません。

土曜の夜は賑わっていて、
メインの炭火焼焼鳥は２０分だか
時間がかかるとのことで、
幾つかクイックメニューからも
頼みましたが、個人的なヒットは
鶏ひも焼(１本税込２２０円)という焼鳥と
小さな壺に入った地養鶏プリン(税込４６２円)。
※とろレバー(１３０円)と
幻のとろとろ白レバー(２６０円)は売切れ。
鶏ひもとはどこの部位なのか、
鶏皮よりは歯切れは良く、
くにっとした食感で、
脂っ気が割とあり、
深い味のたれ込みに
とても良い酒肴！
プリン好きさんがいたから頼んだ
プリンは表面をパリっと炙ってあり、
鮮度感のある卵味が濃いぃ〜！のに、
美味しいデザートの例に漏れず、
甘さの後味がすっきりとした
滑らかな自立系！
お通し(税込３８５円)の
スパゲティサラダだけは、
う〜ん？ともうちょっと拘りが
欲しかったけど(笑)、
他は押し並べて良かったか、と。
接客に関しては、
キープウィルグループのお店は
どこもいいよねー！とこちらでも好印象。
そいやあ、キープウィルは
新卒一括採用をやめたはず。
