入店してからの全てが予想以上で、満足できました
評判を聞いて気にしていましたが…古風なお店で、車いすでの入店が可能か危惧していました。でも行ってみて、入れるかダメか確認したら納得出来るかな…と、墓参り後の昼下り、滑り込みで入店してみました。
駐車場からお店迄の道の舗装も悪く、店の玄関へは、下りの石の段差で断念…やはりダメかなぁと雲行きが怪しかったのですが、横の窓際に行ったら、お店の方から、横の入口からは入店可能なのですが…と伺いました、が店内の唯一の掘り炬燵は使えなかったのでどうしよう…でした。でも店外に簡易ﾃｰﾌﾞﾙがあり、天気も良く温かかったので、屋外の鯉など泳いでる池の脇に席をﾃｰﾌﾞﾙを設置していただき、そこで昼食をいただきました。「車いすを使っていて、障がい者…」ということを細かく気遣っていただいて、お料理に寄り掛かっていない、来店客への持て成しの姿勢を感じました。
せっかくだからと、瓢禄玉ｺｰｽ(3400円)をいただきました。鱒の唐揚げ、鮎の塩焼き、鯉のお刺身、鯉の味噌汁、とろろ、麦飯、お新香…どれも、手軽に屋外で遠足気分で食べるには、美味しいし、食べやすいし、文句のつけようのない出来って、このことです(^^)。
お魚…鮎の塩焼き、化粧塩で飾られて、仕上がりも綺麗につくられていて、見るからに美味しそうでした。鮎は頭から食べれますし、わたの苦味も心地良い食べ心地です。身も川魚にあるにおいは気にならずに、骨は、背骨以外は気にせずに食べれました。
鱒の唐揚げは、わたなどは抜かれていて、頭から尻尾まで全て食べれます。頭は苦くないし、頭も身の骨は、柔らかくはないけど固くないから、全部食べることが出来ます。こちらも気になるにおいはありませんでした。
鯉のお刺身…これも、川魚らしい魚の臭いは気にならないし、味噌に入った唐辛子も、臭みを消す工夫が見られます。鯉の味噌汁は、海の魚にはない喉越しを感じます。
池にいる魚は、出せるもの、出せないものもあるそうです。仏像は、初代店主の趣向だそうです。

先日の大雨で、入り口傍の路地に倒木が生じてしまい、そばまで来て通行止めだったので、田を迂回しながら、何とか入店できました。今回は平日限定のﾗﾝﾁｾｯﾄ…桜セット2100円税込み、を頂きました。
ﾒｲﾝの鱒の唐揚げは、魚特有の気になる臭いもなく、爽やかな身で、程よい塩加減で、思うように殆ど丸ごと食べれてしまいます。鯉の味噌汁も、鯉の味噌汁とは思えないくらい、出汁をｸﾘｱｰに感じれて、ｻﾗｯといただけましたし、鯉のあらいも、気になる臭いは無く、余計なことは気にせずに、いただけると思います。
そんなさっぱりした印象のお魚に合わせるように、自家製のお新香の塩加減も柔らかくて、お野菜の味を感じながら食べれますし、ご飯が麦飯なのですが、川魚には麦飯って合うと思います(^^)。
