Food [Authentic Neapolitan pizza baked in a wood-fired oven]
Our proud wood-fired pizza is made using a wood-fired oven from Acunto Napoli, which we ordered from Italy. The shop's original dough is baked all at once over firewood made from cherry wood and sawtooth oak. The finished pizza has a chewy dough and a fragrant aroma that we are proud of.
