橋本駅から徒歩1分のところにある
Trattoria e Pizzeria SANTO FUEGO（トラットリアピザリア サントフエゴ）に行ってきました。
半地下にあるオシャレな店内は、カウンター席とテーブル席があります。
シャンデリアは、ワイングラスでできてるんですよ～
キラキラしててとても綺麗でした。
▪️まずは、ビールとシチリア産のブラッドオレンジジュースで乾杯！
シチリア産のブラッドオレンジジュースって、なかなかお店にないから嬉しい。

真鯛のカルパッチョ。
レモンの酸味がきいててサッパリいただけます。
メニューを見て、絶対に頼みたかったのが

色とりどりの野菜。
地産地消の新鮮な野菜を使用しているとのこと。
コリンキー、アイスプラント、みょうが、アスパラ、紅芯大根、パプリカなど…
盛り付けが美しい！
マイクロトマト初めて見ました。
バーニャカウダのソースにつけていただきます。
ソースが絶品なの！
このソースが美味しいから、野菜もたくさん食べれちゃいます。

レンコンが大好物なので、メニューを見てこれ食べたいってなりました。
レンコンのピザってあまり無いですよね。
バジルペーストに、モッツァレラチーズとグラナチーズ、ベーコンとレンコンがトッピングされてます。
レンコンのシャキシャキとした食感とモッチリとした生地。
ベーコンの塩気がちょうど良い。
ピザは、テイクアウトもできるそうです。
たま～にハート型の生地で提供されるとか。

バルサミコソースがかかってます。
お肉は柔らかくてジューシー。
店員さんの細やかな気配り、笑顔も素敵だし、料理も美味しいし、また訪れたいなぁって思いました。
