久しぶりに橋本での食事となり、前日に予約。
日曜日の17時（OPNEと同時に入店）に伺いましたが、17:30には７割方うまっておりました。
10月にOPNEしたばかりのようですが、評判のようです。
店構えも値段も味も接客も、全てにおいてこのあたりの店舗とは一線を画してるかなと思います。
こういうお店を待ってました！というのが正直なところです。
大将のこだわりや厳しさを感じつつ、スタッフさんの懸命な動きや努力が感じられます。
ドリンクもおススメを聞くと、迷わず答えてくれるあたりは素晴らしいです。
この日は白ワインのおススメをお願いすると、メニューにない品種のものを持ってきてくれ、これがまた非常においしい。こちらから何も言ってないのに、ボトルをテーブルまで持ってきてくれ、何のワインかを教えてくれました。
何をすればお客様が喜ぶのかを、スタッフさん自身で考え行動に移している(多分ですが)のがたまらなく好きです。
小さい子どもも２人いたのですが、本当に良くして頂きました。料理も子どもが食べるものを優先して先に提供してくれる大将の心配りがたまりません。
こういう雰囲気のお店だと、子どもを連れていくには敷居が高く、ほかのお客様や店舗ブランディングしていくうえでの迷惑を少なからず抱くのですが、その不安を払拭してくれる大将とスタッフの皆様の接客に喜びしかありません。
冷製の白レバーは絶品。
焼き鳥も、野菜も、すべてがおいしい。
ドリンクもビールからすべてにこだわりを感じます。
定期的に伺うこと、間違いなしです。
こういうお店が家の近くにできて、本当に嬉しい。
