We serve freshly fried Tempura including shrimp and salmon in our open kitchen. You can enjoy it with ``Namara Salt'' and ``Tentsuyu'', which are packed with the flavor of natural kelp. Also, Mugitoro is one of their specialties. Tororo uses Yamato potatoes that are shipped directly with mud from contracted farmers in Gunma Prefecture. "Dashi Tororo" combined with dashi and "Miso Tororo" combined with miso are prepared freshly. ◎We carefully select barley rice from different rice production areas depending on the season.
