どうも、Mormorです！
今日は映画を見た帰りに、家族で「Red Lobster大和店」に行って来ました。
以前は「Red Lobster つきみ野店」（閉店）や「Red Lobster 淵野辺店」（閉店）も有ったので、たまに行っていたのですが、最近は一番近いのが「Red Lobster大和店」になってしまいました。
メインの「ライブロブスター（オーブン焼き）」はR レギュラー 4,990円 M ミディアム 6,990円 Ｌ ラージ 11,990円 と3種類有るので、ミディアムにしました。
バターソースがアメリカンな味で、シンプルながら美味しいです。
シーズンメニューの「トリスタンロブスター＆ローストビーフ」もオーダー。
ロブスターにテルミドールソースを塗って焼き上げた「トリスタンロブスター」と「ローストビーフ」の組み合わせです。
ロブスターのグラタンの様なもので、香ばしく焼き上げられています。
ローストビーフもレアな焼き加減で、とても美味しいです。
と言う訳で、本当に久しぶりに「Red Lobster」に行きましたが、やっぱり美味しいです。
いかにもアメリカンな料理で、シーフードを満喫出来ます。
特にウリである「Live Lobster」は新鮮なロブスターをその場で調理してくれるので、美味しく食べられます。
少々お値段が張りますが、たまの贅沢という事で…
