本日は友人と久しぶり会ったので、「味ん味ん鶴間店」さんへお邪魔しました。
味ん味んは八王子、相模原を中心に展開している焼肉屋さんです。
どの店舗も駅近にはあまりなく、郊外にあるため車などで行くのがおすすめかもしれません。
平日の19時ごろに行きましたが10組ほど待ち組みがあり、平日でも人気のお店だということが分かります。
待つこと1時間弱、やっと店内に入ることが出来ました。
今回頼んだ商品を一部紹介します。
牛タン ネギ塩トッピング
焼肉と言ったら牛タンと思う人も多いと思います。
程よい厚みでカットされた牛タンとネギ塩の相性は言うまでもなく最高でした。
和牛カルビ
こちらは国産のA5ランクの黒毛和牛を使っており、上質な脂を感じることが出来ます。
塩ハラミ
ハラミはタレor塩で注文することが可能で、今回は塩で注文しました。そのままでも充分美味しいですが、焼き上がった後に卓上の塩を少しかけて食べても美味しいですね。
鶏せせり
こちらは1匹の鶏から二つしか取れない希少部位でもあります。プリプリの食感と歯応えがとても美味しいです。
他にも色々な品を注文しましたが、どの商品もコスパ良くとても美味しいものばかりで、人気なのも納得の味でした。
また、スタッフの接客もとてもスピーディーで良かったです。
