以前、『スタミナ太郎』について書いた時に、「昔と違って企業努力が凄い。」と記載したと記憶している。事実、最近はどこもそんな感じで、焼肉食べ放題の店が隆盛しているように感じる。
その頑張ってる基準はホルモンにある。
やっぱり匂いがないものを出しているお店は間違いなくいいお店。ここのホルモンは脂身のバランスが素晴らしく、本当に美味しい。
タン塩が薄すぎることだけは本当に謎なんだが、石焼き系も食べられることも含めて総じて素晴らしいとしか言いようがない。
素晴らしい点がもう一つある。
それは飲み放題を選べること。コレって多くの外食業界では『統一』が当然なこととなっているけど、こちらは違うんですねぇ…選択可能！コレは間違いなく革命。
あらゆる点において客の痒いところまで手が届いているサービスには感服するしかない。
