南林間駅近くにある『米沢牛ステーキ星乃』さんへ伺いました。
米沢牛のステーキ専門店、開店してから約10年位のお店は、女性オーナーにその息子さんご夫妻の家族経営のお店の様です。
息子さんは私と年齢は近いでしょうか？
なのでオーナーの年齢も想像はつきますが、料理を作られているのはオーナーがメインの様です。
いただいたのは、
◉ 米沢牛ステーキコース（イチボ 180g） 8,900円
まずはビールから♪
殆どの料理は最初にドーンと勢揃い！？
酢の物・京懐石の胡麻豆腐・地鶏の味噌漬け・プチトマトのバジルソース・本日の小鉢（蛍烏賊・水蛸）・海鮮グラタン・米沢牛厚切りローストビーフ・サラダ。
その後に特製牛スープにステーキとライスが登場。
米沢牛のイチボのステーキ、これはとても美味しかったです♪
焼き加減はまさにミディアムレア、口に入れ歯を入れた瞬間にジュワッと滲み出るジューシーな脂、その脂も上質さを感じる落ち着きのある味わいに甘み、ボリューム180gにしてこの手頃な価格設定は都内ではまずできないでしょうね！
出てきた鉄板もお肉を保温するだけの温度設定、これ以上お肉に火が入らず、お肉の美味しさを持続させる工夫は凄く良いと思います。
最初にドッと出た料理の味にうーむとなりましたが、ステーキを食べその美味しさに、えっ！
そのギャップにびっくりしました。
ステーキの美味しさに比べ他の料理のクオリティーが・・・・・！
特にご飯の柔らかさは・・・(ﾟoﾟ;;
ごちそうさまでした。
ちなみに、こちらの女性オーナー様は元々お寿司屋さんをやられていたそうで、ステーキが大好きで色々なお店を食べ歩きされ、それが高じてステーキ店をやる様になったそうです。
ほんと、ステーキはめちゃ美味しかったです♪
