仕事終わりに利用しました。
大和駅からすぐのところにある居酒屋が多く並んだ商店街の中にある地下1階のお店です。
まだ出来たばかりのお店のようで、店内は明るくて清潔感がありました。
今回は入り口からすぐのところの個室席に案内してもらいましたが、チラッと見た感じ席の数は結構多そうでした。
注文はタブレットでオーダーするシステムで、こちらのお店には席に蛇口のようなサーバーが設置されていました。
注文もドリンクを作るのもセルフサービスで、わざわざ店員を呼ばなくても楽しめるような仕組みになっていました。
最近ハマっているのでミノやマルチョウ、コリコリなどのホルモンを頼み、他にも和牛の炙りユッケや和牛の一枚焼き、ビビンバなどを注文しました。
ホルモン類の値段はどれも比較的リーズナブルで脂や食感、味のどれもなかなかでした。
炙りユッケは店員が目の前で炙ってくれました！
ユッケダレの甘じょっぱさと和牛のトロトロっとした口当たりがとても美味しかったです。
和牛の一枚焼きは焼き機いっぱいの大きさで、かなりボリューミーでした。
レアがおすすめらしかったのでレアで焼きましたが、これも脂が甘くて、肉肉しさでいっぱいに溢れていて口の中が幸せになりました！笑
〆のビビンバも良い焼き具合で美味しく食べれました。
席で作れるサワーは1時間飲み放題制でしたが、2時間飲み放題に延長してもらい、じっくり飲み放題をさせてもらいました。
シロップが3種類から選べたのでレモネードとカルピスとゆずをチョイス！
個人的にはレモネードサワーのほんのりとした甘みが好きだったので、レモネードがMVPですかね！
後半は飲みに集中してしまいました…笑
店員の接客も、オシャレな雰囲気も、料理も、ドリンクも期待値以上だったのでまた機会があれば使いたいと思えるお店でした。
