News from Shiki
Thank you for your continued patronage of Japanese Cuisine Shiki. In response to the request to refrain from going out due to the state of emergency declared by the government and the Kanagawa Prefect |
2019/9/14 ある土曜日のこの日、集合の合図があった。場所は海老名のお寺。
その後、食事会が開催され訪問したら、懐かしいホテルかと思っいきや、レンブラントホテルに変わっていた。
日本料理四季、これぞ、ザ和食という料理、風味の良い出汁の心地よさが心に響く。
前菜、お吸い物、お刺身、焼き物、天ぷらと卒なく進む。料理の丁寧な仕込みを感じる。
職人の技があちらこちらに垣間見える。その料理とともに、話題も色々。懐かしい話から人生を感じる次第。
締めにご飯、お味噌汁、お新香。デザートまで。飲んでいないのが不思議なくらい。
本日はそんな日なのであった。今度、たくさんのドリンクメニューから選んでみたいもの。次回には。
