＊振り返り投稿
神奈川県海老名市のレンブラントホテル内1階『日本料理四季』さんへお祝いの席に招待され伺ってきました。
藤の間に通されると、開いている障子の奥にはライトアップされた枯山水様式の日本庭園が広がっていて、ホテルの中の一室に居ることをつい忘れてしまいそうになりました。
【先附】 ・月見豆腐・美味出汁
【祝肴】 ・つぶ貝紅葉和え
・蟹と糸瓜の山葵酢
・鮎有馬煮（菊蕪、いちょう玉子、翡翠銀杏）
【祝椀】 ・萩真薯（菊花、青味、紅葉人参、柚子）
【御造里】・お造り二種盛り（芽物一式）
【家喜物】・旬魚味噌幽庵焼き（紅葉丸十、かぼす、蓮根錦和え）
【多喜合】・合鴨治部煮（蕪、紅葉麩、薬味、和辛子）
【強肴】 ・穴子香煎揚げ（小茄子、甘長、葛素麺）
【食事】 ・松茸御飯（香の物、袱紗仕立て、祝粉）

先附の月見豆腐は中秋の名月をモチーフにしてあり、一品目の見た目から存分に秋を感じさせてくれます。
他のお料理にも紅葉があしらわれていたりと、目でも秋を味わえる工夫が随所にあり素敵でした。
合鴨の治部煮の出汁の塩梅が素晴らしく、又生麩との相性も抜群でした。
給仕の方が、料理を運び終えるとその都度丁寧に料理の説明をしてくださり感じが良かったです。
素敵な場所で美味しいお料理を頂きながら楽しいひと時を過ごすことができました。
