知人にさがみ野に呼ばれ、
ほとんど初めてこの地でディナーをすることに
しかし、こういう土地にたまにある名店を期待していたら、
予想のはるか上をいくレベルで名店でした
上記の期待もあって「すごいレモンサワー」を頼んでみたら、
よくあるスライスがたくさん入っているのではなく、
１個まるまるははみ出て天に登っているレモンサワーでした（笑）
これには周りの人からも注目を浴びて、
その後に周りで注文している人がたくさんいました
その後におつまみ的に注文した、
ホタルイカが目玉が取ってあったことに、
とても感動しました
その為、食べていて歯に詰まらないのと、
あの独特な食感がないのはすごいです…
こういう細部へのこだわりは感動です✨
また刺身盛り合わせも、
ボリュームはもちろん、一つ一つが
脂が乗っていて、美味しい✨
他にもタケノコのグリル、
まるまるひとつの塊の角煮、
キャンプファイヤーみたいなゴーヤの天ぷら、
説明不可能な一人前のパフェww
全てが感動でした
見た目だけでなく味も最高なんです❗️
さがみ野はあまり行かない場所ですが、
確実にリピートは確定です
