静岡県富士市を拠点に、計６店舗を構えるラーメン店。 麺の種類は細麺・平打ち麺・中太麺など豊富で、ラーメンは10種類以上。 なかでも人気の商品は、駿河湾産の桜えびから抽出した香味油を使った『えびしお』880円と 夜間限定の『大麺』850円。 |
三連休最終日、職場の先輩達との旅行帰り。
海老名サービスエリアでの休憩で訪問。
そこそこ行列の出来たお店。
海老名＝エビという単純な発想から、えびしお990円をチョイス。
食券機の前にスタッフがおり、テキパキと操作してくれる。
フードコートでお馴染みの呼び出しブザーを渡され、水を用意する間に呼ばれる。早い。
えびしおは桜海老風味の塩スープに桜海老の香味油を浮かべたというが、エビ感はほとんどない。
他のお店で舌が鍛えられた身としてはやや物足りない。
先輩が食べていたえびみその方ならば、よりエビ感が楽しめたかもしれない。
